  • How can I get a refund?

Note:  Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.

All our Canvas are custom made and built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.

 

Please note we will not refund, under any circumstances, a print damaged during shipping.

Check the package and your prints upon arrival, before signing the delivery bill.

If the shipping company damaged the print during transport, refuse to sign off the bill and the shipping company will return the package to us, then we will deal with them directly and send you a new one within days.

 

  • Are all the print clear in any size?

Not all the images in our database are in high resolution, so it is ok for the regular sizes, but for the large-scale prints (over 80 cm), kindly consult us before ordering.

 

  • What's the processing delay for a print?

Usually a print on canvas or on paper can be done within a day. It takes another couple of days to prepare the eventual stretchers or frame.

The prints on wood laminated take only a couple of days.

However, the prints on natural wood and on steel sheet can take up to 2 weeks, due to the fact that we have to cut the medium and prepare it for printing.

 

  • Shipping prices revaluation

Please note that, as specified in every product page, the price of the shipping for your print can be revalued depending on actual price before shipping.

It doesn't happen for prints rolled in tubes, mostly for shipping of canvas on stretchers, prints on wood and prints on steel sheet, as size of the package may vary depending on the product size and weight.

We will not, in any case, take care of the remaining shipping fee to be paid before sending the package, as the shipping fee on the website are merely an evaluation to the best of our knowledge.
